Wallet
Settings → Wallet (admin and owner only) holds your account's prepaid balance and its transaction history. Some billable WhatsApp sends are metered against this balance rather than (or in addition to) your plan's included quota.
Balance and transactions
The top of the page shows your available balance. If it can't be loaded live, Relay shows the last known balance instead and says so, rather than guessing.
Below that, a Transactions table lists every wallet movement, newest first: top-ups (credit), message sends and campaign sends (debit), refunds, adjustments, and promotional credits. Older entries load a page at a time as you scroll.
Topping up
Click the wallet's top-up control, choose a preset amount or enter a custom one, and continue to a secure payment page.
After payment, you're returned to Relay with the result in the page's own query string:
?topup=success— Relay shows a "Top-up complete" state once the webhook confirming payment has landed; if the credit is still catching up, it shows a "still processing" state with a manual Refresh balance button, and keeps your last known balance visible in the meantime.?topup=cancel— Relay shows "Top-up canceled"; no funds were added, and you can start another top-up whenever you're ready.
Low-balance alerts
You can set a threshold so account admins are notified when the balance drops to or below it. Turn the toggle on, enter an amount, and save — turning it off and saving clears the threshold entirely rather than just disabling the notice. When the balance is low, a banner appears across the app for admins with a direct Top up wallet link.
Who can manage this
Viewing and topping up the wallet is limited to admins and owners.
