How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect? It depends on your plan. See how many you've used and what your plan includes on Usage and limits, and connect or manage numbers on WhatsApp numbers.

My number is already live on the WhatsApp Business App on my phone — can I still connect it to Relay? Yes — choose coexistence when connecting. It keeps the number working on the phone exactly as before while the same conversations also flow into Relay. See WhatsApp numbers.

Why don't I see a "finish registration" step for my coexistence number? That's expected. Coexistence numbers are never registered for Cloud API webhooks — doing so would disconnect the number from the phone. There's nothing left to register. Details on WhatsApp numbers.

What can each team role do? See the full permission matrix on Members and roles — owners, admins, agents and viewers each have a fixed set of capabilities.

Can I change who owns the account? Not from the UI today. Contact support if you need to hand ownership to someone else.

What happens if my payment fails? You get a grace period (about a week) with reminders before anything changes. If it isn't resolved, the account becomes restricted: sending pauses and plan-gated features switch off, but nothing is deleted. Full details on Billing.

Does cancelling my subscription delete my data? No. Cancelling stops billing (and, once the period ends, restricts sending) — your contacts, conversations and history stay intact. Only deleting the account removes data, and that has its own 7-day undo window.

What's the difference between the wallet and my plan? Your plan includes a quota of usage (messages, campaigns, and so on) each billing period. The wallet is a separate prepaid balance that some billable sends draw from instead of, or in addition to, that quota.

Why does the API and my invoices still say "broadcasts" instead of "campaigns"? Campaigns used to be called broadcasts. The feature was renamed in the product, but the public API's endpoints, database tables, and usage-dimension labels kept the original name for backward compatibility. See the Glossary entry for Campaigns.
