Appearance

Settings → Appearance has one control: Mode, a choice between Light and Dark. Your choice is saved to this device (browser local storage), not to your account — the same login on a different device or browser keeps its own preference, defaulting to Dark.

Dark is Relay's historical default and its primary identity; Light is the opt-in, eye-strain-friendly alternative. Both keep the same Relay Green brand colour — only the neutral surfaces (backgrounds, borders, text) change between them.

This setting only affects the app you work in day to day (app.relayone.io and similar). The public docs and marketing site you're reading right now have their own independent light/dark toggle in their header, unrelated to this one.
