Welcome to Relay
Relay is a shared WhatsApp inbox and a lightweight CRM, combined into one workspace. Your team replies to customers on WhatsApp from one place instead of a phone passed around the office, and every conversation carries a contact record, deal, and history with it.
Under the hood it's built on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, so it talks to WhatsApp directly — no extra app for your customers to install, and no separate number to give out.

- Create your account — sign up, verify your email, and (if you were invited) join your team.
- Connect WhatsApp — link your WhatsApp Business number so messages start flowing.
- Your first 15 minutes — a short checklist that takes you from an empty workspace to your first conversation.
